Hilton Opening Rally Kits

Developed and produced Hilton Opening Rally Kits for properties worldwide, creating a comprehensive suite of branded materials, including presentations, step-and-repeat backdrops, banners, and flyers. Also designed an online ordering site to streamline the ordering process for participating properties.

Tapestry Collection Development

Created a cohesive suite of brand development materials, spanning lookbook design and flipbook site, branding and marketing book, and a dedicated microsite to support and streamline brand growth.

Hilton Conference Support

Created brand sizzle reels combining video editing, motion graphics, sound design, and voice-over.

Print-Ready File Requirements

1. File Format

Submit your artwork in one of the following formats:

  • PDF (preferred)
  • Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
  • EPS (.EPS)

2. Bleed and Margins

  • Include 0.125″ (⅛”) bleed on all sides if artwork extends to the edge of the page.
  • Keep important text and graphics at least 0.125″–0.25″ inside the trim edge.
  • Avoid placing essential content too close to the edges.

Note: Bleed and safe-margin requirements may vary depending on the product and printing equipment.

3. Image Resolution

  • Use images with a resolution of 300 DPI at the final print size for most standard printed materials.
  • Avoid using low-resolution images downloaded from websites.
  • Ensure images are embedded in the file or properly packaged with the artwork.

4. Color Mode

  • Use CMYK color mode for standard commercial printing, unless otherwise specified.
  • RGB files may be converted to CMYK during production, which can cause color shifts.
  • Specify any required spot colors, such as Pantone colors, if applicable.

5. Fonts and Text

  • Embed all fonts in the PDF or convert text to outlines when appropriate.
  • Check spelling and proofread all text before submitting.
  • Ensure text is legible at the final print size.
